Executive Talk on US Subprime Mortgage Crisis on 30 January 2008
Persatuan Ekonomi Malaysia and the Faculty of Economic & Administration, University of Malaysia, together with globalAcc, are jointly organising an Executive Talk on Economic & Financial Issues featuring the topic: The U. S. Subprime Mortgage Crisis - Causes and Consequences "Old Wine in New Bottle" on January 30, 2008 (from 3pm to 5.30pm) at Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort.

The Talk will be conducted by Dr Michael Lim Mah Hui, a Senior Fellow with the Asian Public Intellectuals Program of the Nippon Foundation. He is currently undertaking research on financial and banking issues in Asia and has extensive knowledge on economic and financial issues, having been an investment, commercial and development banker for over twenty years.The Talk will be chaired by Dr Yeah Kim Leng, Vice President of PEM and Group Chief Economist of RAM Holdings Berhad.
